SheSays launches $10,000 maternity grants to working mothers in creative industry

Ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday, female-focused industry body SheSays is launching two $10,000 grants to support working mothers in the creative industry.

Of the two grants up for grabs, one will be awarded to a mother who’s not covered by benefits and one will be received by a working single mother in the creative industry.

Entries open until June 1st

In partnership with Rare Sydney, the grants are aimed at supporting single mothers working in the Australian creative industry.

Rare Sydney will be providing the funds for the grant with applications open until June 1.

Those who wish to enter should email shesays.sydney@gmail.com with their situation, how the grant would benefit them and why they should be considered.

The recipients of the grant will be announced on June 15.

SheSays is an organisation focused on the creative and marketing industries which runs free mentorship and networking events. It also assists women with finding jobs in their respective fields.
