Snackmasters tops primetime entertainment as Nine wins Monday
Nine’s episode of Snackmasters was the #1 primetime entertainment program on Monday night, as the network also celebrated another overall network share win.
Snackmasters brought in a metro audience of 441,000, while an episode of ABC’s Australian Story: Summer Series aired to a metro audience of 382,000. Snackmasters debuted last week to 603,000 metro viewers.

Nine’s Hot Seat was next in entertainment, pulling in a metro audience of 380,000, while Seven’s Big Bash League game, which saw Sydney Thunder defeat Brisbane Heat, aired to 364,000 metro viewers.
The #1 program on Monday was Seven News, which had an average of 925,000 metro viewers, ahead of Seven News at 6:30 with 913,000 metro viewers, followed by Nine News at 6:30 which aired to 800,000.
As previously mentioned, Nine won the night, taking an overall network share of 28.3% over Seven’s 26.5% share, while the ABC took an 18% share, and Ten had 17.1%.
Nine also won primary channel share while the top-rating multi-channel for Monday was 7TWO with a share of 4%.
In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 29 November, it was Seven News which was the #1 program nationally across linear with 1.524 million viewers including 31,000 on national BVOD and an uplift of 2%.
The program with the biggest uplift however was Monday’s episode of Seven’s 911 episode 2 which had an 55% uplift on overnight figures and had a total of 523,000 viewers overall and a national BVOD audience of 42,000.
