South Australian Tourism Commission opens tender for $4.95m creative account

The South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC) has begun the process to pitch its creative account.

Putting a tender notice out to market on Monday, the SATC said it is looking for a roster of agencies, with one agency set to be the body’s lead creative agency.

SATC said it is seeking an agency which will “provide strategic and creative solutions in order to promote South Australia nationally and internationally”.

According to the tender, SATC “requires one to three additional secondary creative services agencies”.

The secondary agencies will not receive a retainer fee but will be employed on project-by-project basis.

The SATC creative account is estimated to be worth $4.95m for the initial two-year contract period, with the opportunity for the successful agency to extend the contract for another two years.

SATC’s current agency roster includes KWP!, Jamshop and BWM.

The tender is set to close on Monday December 18 with the contract commencing on July 1 next year.
