Southern Cross Austereo appoints general manager of regional sales
Southern Cross Austereo has appointed appointed Corey Pitt as general manager of regional sales.
The announcement:
Southern Cross Austereo today announced Corey Pitt has been appointed as General Manager – Regional Sales.
This newly created position will see Corey take on a leadership role that will develop and expand revenue opportunities for Regional Sales across all of SCA’s media assets. Corey will focus on the cross promotional opportunities between 30 television markets, 74 radio stations and their digital assets.
Corey has vast experience in the media industry with over 15 years working in senior roles across television, radio, digital and print. This experience includes his previous role as National General Manager of Sales for the WIN Television Network and several Board positions, including Board Director for RegTAM.
SCA’s Head of Regional Media, Rick Lenarcic said, “We are thrilled about the potential of this new role as it focuses solely on increasing regional sales. And, we see Corey as the perfect fit – he brings a wealth of knowledge, energy and creative business acumen to SCA’s Regional Leadership team”.

Corey will commence his position at SCA in early 2016.
