Sterling Publishing in real estate launch

A month after acquiring Morningstar’s financial services trade titles, Sterling Publishing is continuing its expansion push with the launch of a monthly title for the residential real estate industry.

Sterling Publishing group publisher Alex Whitlock said : “While an integral part of the real estate industry, property managers have a very different role to sales agents and so need their own focused trade title. There is strong reader demand for a new vertical title for this sector and this is backed by solid interest from advertisers in reaching this targeted audience.”

Residential Property Manager will be a sister title to Sterling’s Real Estate Business.

In October Sterling acquired financial planning titles InvestorDaily, IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) and Investor Weekly.

Sterling is not the only B2B publisher emphasising its commitment to print. A week ago Westwick-Farrow Media announced the launch of Technology Decisions with a claimed print run of 9,500. It replaced Voice + Data which it closed.
