Studio to air Lou Reed tribute

Foxtel’s arts channel Studio has switched its schedule for tonight to accommodate a celebration of musician Lou Reed whose death was announced today.

Studio will air a interview with the Velvet Underground cofounder conducted by fellow musician Elvis Costello at 6.30pm.

Earlier this year, Reed appeared at the Cannes Lions, telling Mumbrella’s Robin Hicks: “It used to be that being involved in advertising was selling out. Now it’s opposite.”
