Sunny Advertising announces support of Ausactive’s Million Moves campaign
Sunny Advertising has joined forces with Ausactive to promote the Million Moves program, a 21-day nationwide community fitness initiative launching September 1 with support from government and industry partners.

Indie agency Sunny Advertising is lending its expertise to AUSactive’s Million Moves program, a 21 day community physical activity campaign which is funded by the Queensland and Western Australian Governments as well as the Australian Sports Commission.
CEO Sarah McNeil said the campaign which commences on September 1 aims at encouraging participants to move and exercise for three weeks during the month.
“When we were approached to come on board by AUSactive (www.ausactive.org.au) to secure traditional and digital media opportunities to promote the Million Moves campaign, we knew it was an opportunity we could not pass up as it really resonated with us as a business.
“Stress and mental wellbeing is a major issue across the country and as a business we have committed to our own wellbeing program for all our team members. There is a strong connection between physical and mental health and we expect to reach over 1 million people across Queensland, Western Australia as well as Ballarat in Victoria and Wollongong in NSW,” Sarah said.
Along with Sunny Advertising’s proactive traditional and digital media campaign, the Million Moves program is supported by a number of community, health, sporting and disability support organisations along with key ambassadors, influencers and political leaders.
AUSactive general manager (WA), Mike Beeney said the initiative is a huge opportunity to demonstrate its critical role in getting Australians to become more physically active.
“This initiative is not just good for the physical, mental and community health of Australians but it’s also good for business.
