Superette tries skinvertising for shorts range

Kiwi fashion retailer Superette has come up with a new way of spreading the word for its ‘short-shorts’ range – by imprinting the sales message on the back of peoples’ thighs.

The retailer has installed indented plates on seats at inner city bus stops, malls and park benches – areas were the fashion conscious hang out. The plates bear the sales message of the new shorts range, which is imprinted on the thighs of those who sit on the indented seats.

The idea was developed by DDB New Zealand.
