Sydney Water adds Identity Communications to agency roster

Sydney Water has appointed ad agency Identity Communications to its creative, design and multicultural agency roster.

The agency has been appointed to help Sydney Water reach multicultural audiences and communicate the quality of water supply to consumers who speak more than one language at home.

Identity Communications’ work for Sydney Water will be supported by IPG Mediabrands agencies, Cadreon, Society and Ensemble.

Thang Ngo, managing director at Identity Communications said the agency was looking forward to working with Sydney Water.

“Multicultural audiences are highly digital, very mobile and have deep engagement with content that is relevant to them. This is an area where Identity works 24/7 and we are looking forward to our assignment with Sydney Water,” Ngo said.

Identity Communications’ other clients include Transport for NSW and the Australian Museum. The agency was also part of Meat and Livestock’s Spring Lamb campaign,  creating social, outdoor and PR in Cantonese, Mandarin, Arabic and Vietnamese.
