Tangram signs reseller partnership with Deltek

Agency consultancy Tangram has signed a reseller partnership with software company Deltek.

The announcement:

Agency consultancy Tangram has signed a reseller partnership with Deltek, the leading global provider of software and solutions for project-based businesses, to deliver world-class agency and marcomm technology across Australia, Europe and parts of Asia.

Tangram managing partner Helen Johnson will lead the reseller partnership for products including Deltek Maconomy, Deltek WorkBook and Deltek ConceptShare, routinely heralded as some of the best-known agency technologies in the world.

Johnson says, “We are already experts in Deltek’s products and have been involved in implementing and embedding it’s systems with agencies all over the world, providing technology support to the likes of Dentsu, George P. Johnson, Ogilvy, The Hallway, Kinetic and Folk.

“What’s exciting for me is that we’re now involved in that end to end process; working with agencies from the get-go, helping them with their initial choice and finding the right product for their needs.

“Knowing the challenges agencies face, their processes and the way they operate, the reseller partnership means agencies will now have the best of both worlds – the best software products and invaluable support and consulting.”

Copenhagen-based Christian Arpe-Hansen, who was a partner at WorkBook prior to its sale to Deltek in 2017, joined forces with Tangram in June. He will spearhead the offering in Europe.

He says, “We’ve worked together for six years, implementing new ERP systems as part of major business transformation programs for a number of agencies.

“We are really looking forward to creating more long-term partnerships where we are not only delivering Deltek products but also providing ongoing support across these regions.”

René Praestholm, Vice President of Agency Solutions at Deltek, says, “We’re delighted to enter into this partnership with Tangram. Tangram knows agency operations inside out and they’ve worked with some of the largest agency brands in the world. I’m confident that this partnership will be very successful for both organizations.”
