Sphere Public Relations has been appointed as the PR consultancy for TANK brand agency.

The announcement:

September 29, 2011 –

Sphere Public Relations, an Australian boutique PR consultancy specialising in the digital, marketing and travel sectors is pleased to welcome TANK to its portfolio of clients. TANK is one of Australia’s leading independent brand agencies, which specialises in developing brand culture around people’s identities.

“We look forward to working closely with such a high calibre client as TANK and helping this exciting brand agency to widen its sphere of influence by strengthening its brand presence, corporate messages and media relationships,” said Louise Roberts, Managing Director of Sphere Public Relations.

Sphere Public Relations and its team of consultants have worked with the marketing industry for many years in Australia and the UK.

“We’ve had a long established relationship for the past two years with global digital agency Reactive as well as a long standing contract arrangement representing a number of Einsteinz’ marketing industry clients, so we bring considerable marketing industry experience to this relationship. We are delighted to have won TANK, particularly since we came so highly recommended by Tim O’Neill, Joint Managing Director of Reactive.”

TANK’s straightforward, honest, no nonsense approach is an excellent fit with Sphere PR’s own corporate culture. The agency’s passion and enthusiasm for branding and the services sector it specialises in aligns perfectly with the PR firm’s own experience and business style.

“I am convinced that Sphere PR is the best fit for our organisation as we move forward and grow, because we share the same business ethos of striving to provide clients with experience and innovation. We believe Sphere is the best PR agency in Australia with the marketing credentials that we require,” said Neil Shewan, Managing Director, TANK.

Sphere Public Relations’ point of difference is that it does not employ juniors and only engages Public Relations professionals at Account Director level and above, who are able to work directly with clients from day one.

The TANK account will be headed up by Louise Roberts, supported by Account Director Lara Dawson and new Senior Account Director, Catherine Hollyman, who are all based in Sydney.
