The announcement:

Melbourne startup TEER has today announced the onboarding of 55 independent agencies and 12 publishers.

Launched in April, TEER is a digital platform that connects agencies and media owners by providing a comprehensive view of market opportunities, empowering the rapid execution of campaigns. Built by marketers for marketers, TEER was designed from the ground up to solve the unique challenges of the marketing and communication industry.

Free for agencies, the tool delivers leads directly to sales teams and opportunities from brands to media owners, dramatically reducing the time spent uncovering and reviewing deals. With TEER’s help, agencies and media owners are free to focus on high-level deal-making.

TEER founder and CEO Usman Khan said: “With sales teams continuing to contract, agencies and publishers face decreased exposure to mutually beneficial deals. That’s where TEER can help. In two short months, we have doubled the number of users on the platform, opening up a wealth of opportunities for media owners, agencies and their clients. The sheer number of people who have described joining TEER as a ‘no-brainer’ tells us we are doing something right.”

Joining News Corp, QMS and Nova on the TEER platform are Man of Many, Alliance Outdoor Media Group, Val Morgan Digital, Jac Media and Tubi. The list of agencies on the platform now includes ADMATIC, Match & Wood, Communicate Australia and Assembled Media, among many others.

Man of Many commercial director Elliott Barsby said: “As a premium publisher, ensuring independent agencies are aware of, and consider, our offering for their clients is a major focus. Our partnership with TEER helps us efficiently cover the market and provide a more customised experience to the agencies and advertisers we connect with.”

From agency side, ADMATIC head of strategy & planning Jana Mehrtens said: “Staying across the best media opportunities is critical for our clients – TEER helps us do that. The upcoming features will be a game-changer for indies, especially when managing tighter budgets. We’re excited to see how TEER evolves as part of our planning process.”

With ambitious growth targets, TEER is also developing an AI tool that will draw from data on the platform to assist agencies in formulating effective media plans.

Khan added: “TEER’s AI features will help agencies generate media plans in seconds, calling on real-time market data and the opportunities already flowing through the TEER platform. It’s about removing friction, saving time, and giving marketers the tools they need to move fast and make smart decisions.”
