Ten releases podcast for Neighbours’ 35th birthday: Ramsay Beat

Ten’s podcast network, 10 Speaks, has released a podcast celebrating the birthday of its long-running soap, Neighbours. The podcast, Ramsay Beat, kicks off today, with more episodes to follow on Wednesday and Sunday, ahead of the anniversary week special on television, which starts on Monday, 16 March.

The announcement:

Neighbours is kicking off its 35th birthday with a bang and 10 Speaks is getting in on all the party action with the release of a special three-part podcast series Ramsay Beat.

Ramsay Beat will get you up close and personal with Neighbours producers, cast and crew ahead of the show’s massive anniversary week starting on Monday, 16 March exclusively on 10 Peach.

The ultimate backstage pass, Ramsay Beat features Neighbours Executive Producer, Jason Herbison and Series Producer, Natalie Lynch, spilling the beans on how the show comes to life, from imagining ground-breaking storylines to revealing their most unforgettable days on set.

The podcast offers unprecedented access to the writing room with insights from Story Editor, Shane Isheev and Script Producer, Kate Bradley. Plus, Neighbours fan favourite, Scott Major candidly chats about the transition from appearing on the show to directing the edge of your seat drama in Neighbours End Game which will explode onto screens at 7:00pm on 10 Peach across the anniversary week.

Neighbours stars Jackie Woodburne, Alan Fletcher, Stefan Dennis, Jodi Anasta and Jemma Donovan jump on the mic to drop all the goss on what it’s really like behind the camera.

We can promise you a stack of laughs and a heap of gasps as we take a look behind the curtain to celebrate 35 years of Neighbours.

Tune into episode one of Ramsay Beat now on Acast, Apple Podcasts and Spotify. Episode two will be released on Wednesday, 11 March and episode three on Sunday, 15 March.
