Ten’s Gogglebox tops entertainment on Thursday night
Ten’s episode of Gogglebox last night topped entertainment programs with 502,000 metro viewers.
For the 16 to 19 demographic, Seven’s AFL: Thursday Night Football came on top. For 18 to 49 and 25 to 54, Nine News was the highest watched for metro viewers.

In the latest Daily Consolidated Total TV Report for 24 March, Seven News was the top program nationally across linear, with 1.355 million viewers, including 30,000 on BVOD and an uplift of 2%. The program with the greatest uplift in the top 20 programs was SBS’ Every Family Has A Secret with an uplift of 21%, 399,000 total TV viewers and 18,000 on BVOD.
As mentioned, Ten’s Gogglebox topped entertainment, followed by Seven’s The Chase Australia with 446,000 metro viewers. The AFL match on Seven mentioned above drew in 438,000 metro viewers. Nine’s Hot Seat had 388,000 metro viewers.
Overall, Seven News topped programming with 878,000 metro viewers, then Seven News at 6.30 with 860,000 metro viewers. Nine News follwed with 838,000 metro viewers followed by Nine News 6:30 with 800,000 metro viewers. ABC News had 628,000 metro viewers, then Nine’s A Current Affair with 490,000 metro viewers.
For network share, Seven had the largest with 32.5%, followed by Nine with 25.4%. Ten was next with 17.9%.
