TFM Digital turns five years old
TFM Digital celebrated its fifth birthday with its Byron Bay-based summit.
The announcement:
Leading independent marketing agency TFM Digital, marked a major milestone this September, celebrating its 5th anniversary with its highly-anticipated annual TFM Summit in Byron Bay.
Building on a successful 2024, where TFM was one of only two agencies included in AFR’s Fast100, the expanding outfit has won 20 new clients this year, growing media management 50% y-o-y to $10.5m.
‘Think Forward, Move First’ was the theme for the Summit that brought together 20 staff from Sydney and Brisbane offices for three intensive days focused on culture, growth, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
The challenging agenda featured expert insights from senior TFM leadership alongside renowned external facilitators, including communication and culture specialist Zara Gold and sales and commercial expert Dane Holt. Attendees gained practical tools for anticipating client needs while strengthening cross-office collaboration and building deeper team connections that will help drive the company’s continued growth.
“The opportunities to bond and share lived experiences over an extended week into weekend, makes the Summit more than an offsite, but an accelerator for our people,” explains TFM CEO Taylor Fielding. “The energy and engagement were exceptional, and the results are already visible in how we deliver for clients. It has become a must-have in our calendar—uniting purpose, culture, and performance.”
It was the first time the whole team met new recruit, Kelly Burnham. The former Atomic 212 group account director commented: “Stepping into my new role as Head of Client Service, it was inspiring to see the team come together around clarity, culture, and future partnerships. Everyone left motivated to drive real impact for our people, clients, and partners.”
Returning for his second TFM Summit, head of digital, Zaine Wilson-Hoyle added:
“If this is a taste of the elevation each year, then TFM is on track to kick some serious goals. We are creating the future leaders of our industry. The key takeaway was that we have the right people and are all aligned on our shared focus of driving impact for our people, partners, and most importantly our clients!”Since inception five years ago, niche agency TFM Digital has specialised in leveraging emerging tech, data-driven digital marketing strategies, including programmatic advertising, organic and paid social media, SEO, for multi-channel campaigns. Its client roster expands to include Retail Food Group, Price Attack and Healthia, as TFM Digital continues to innovate and grow, delivering measurable business impact and meaningful connections for its clients.
Mathew Fielding, head of growth, reflected: “What an incredible few days with the team. I’m so grateful to every single person who leaned in, brought their best, and made this Summit such a success. This is just the beginning, the next 12 months are going to be huge, and I couldn’t be more excited to see what we achieve together.”
The annual Summit underscores TFM’s commitment to its internal culture and collaborative ethos, and is part of the 46% of profits reinvested into the team through training, planning and events over the past 12 months. The agency continues to deliver on its promise of impacting people by operating at its peak to meet the evolving needs of today’s media and retail ecosystems.
