The 6AM Agency expands into Asia and US

The 6AM Agency, a health, wellbeing, sustainability and purpose firm, has expanded in Asia and the US, after a number of client wins.

The announcement:

Specialist evidence-based health, wellbeing, sustainability and purpose firm, The 6AM Agency, announced today its expansion into Asia and the United States following a raft of client wins and remit extensions.

Announcing the recent win of brand creative service to Haroutine, a Korean nutraceuticals brand, launching in the United States, CEO Gillian Fish announced the appointment of two key roles working across Asia, including China.

We are thrilled to welcome Shinyng Lee and Yoyo Xu, both with deep experience in nutraceuticals marketing, PR and social media across Asia. With the support of Peter Osborne, our senior counsel in Asia, we have been able to cement our position as an agency of note in Asia. In addition we welcome Pranjal Setia and Ruby Mohanarajah to the team of 6AM ‘Young Guns’, both in the role of junior account executive.

The agency led its first healthcare practitioner webinar on behalf of a client in Malaysia in March with 200+ practitioners in attendance, marking a strong start in that country. The first Little Red Book promotion to support cross border e-commerce (CBEC) into China delivered solid results with further promotions scheduled.

6AM CEO Gillian Fish, who is also a founding member and co-chair of the marketing committee of global non-profit Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN) with 6AM is a founding sponsor, announced the formal expansion into Asia based on a substantial opportunity to leverage the firm’s unique sector expertise combining health, evidence-based wellbeing, sustainability and purpose built over 20 years, in a rapidly expanding region.

“Evidence-based wellbeing, sustainability and purpose have long been in 6AM’s DNA,” Gillian says, bringing a proven track record of two decades building brands that marry a wellbeing proposition in a sustainable and purpose-led way, with outstanding commercial success.

“Some of our clients have seen growth in excess of 40%+ these past twelve months which we are thrilled about,” Gillian said.

In addition to a number of new client wins, 6AM has a clear strategy on supporting non-profits, including Bambuddha Group, Childhood Dementia, Wayside Chapel and Women In Nutraceuticals.

“Our purpose is to deliver work that makes a real impact for people and planet, and we are lucky to have many opportunities to contribute positively, through the PR work we do, with great support from our colleagues in media,” she said.

Commenting on 6AM’s support, Bambuddha Group CEO, Anna Sheppard, said: “The support of an agency that really understands the importance of impact and purpose was the difference between our 2022 initiative being a success or not in the campaign’s inaugural year.

“Thanks to the results achieved and ongoing media support we have been able to commit more than $500k in program value to reduce inequity in leadership and ESG outcomes in business.”
