The Brag Media, Sally Spicer, Man of Many and more win at 2024 Mumbrella Publish Awards
Journalist Sally Spicer, men’s lifestyle publication Man of Many, The Brag Media’s Rolling Stone AU/NZ magazine, and more have won trophies at the 2024 Mumbrella Publish Awards.
Australian publishing’s night of nights took over Jones Bay Wharf’s Doltone House on Thursday night, rewarding the very best in consumer, custom and B2B publishing across 26 categories.
This year, Future Women’s Sally Spicer took home Journalist of the Year, with Unmade’s Tim Burrowes being highly commended for the accolade.
Man of Many, who scored two awards at the 2023 ceremony, went home with trophies for the categories: Event or Virtual Event of the Year (for its Sydney Whisky Month work) and Website of the Year.
Meanwhile, Nine Publishing snagged three wins and one highly commended.
The publisher was rewarded for Best Advertising Campaign for a Publisher for the Brisbane Times; Launch/Relaunch of the Year for ‘It’s Brisbane’s Time’; and Brand of the Year for The Australian Financial Review. Its highly commended came in the Newsletter of the Year category for the Ross Gittens Newsletter.
Broadsheet Media ended the night as Publishing Company of the Year, while Zoo News – Head & Tales – a Hardie Grant Media agency, secured Custom Publication of the Year, and B.H. Magazine by Boss Hunting – Luxity Media won Publication of the Year.
