The Hit Network announces two new weekend shows

The Hit Network is rolling out two brand new shows for its weekend line up – Lucy & Nikki, and the Hot Hits with Nic Kelly.

The Hit Network today announced two new shows for its national weekend line up, featuring Nic Kelly, and hugely successful podcasters Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott from the Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki podcast.

THE HOT HITS WITH NIC KELLY | SATURDAY NIGHTS 5-7 PM

Hit Network’s very own music devotee Nic Kelly will heat up Saturday nights, bringing his extensive music knowledge to the airwaves in this dedicated music show. It will be the new go-to show for the latest music news, hottest new tracks and interviews with the industry’s best up-and-coming names.

Reflecting on his new show, Nic said: “It has been a lifelong goal of mine to create a music-focused national radio show. Music is a never-ending search for something that connects to you, it’s a universal language.

“Australian music is so rich, diverse and exciting and I can’t wait to chat with incredible homegrown artists and spotlight their new music each week alongside the big international hits that matter.”

LUCY & NIKKI | SATURDAY NIGHTS 7-9 PM

Hosts Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott from the very popular Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki podcast have landed on the airwaves with their very first radio gig. The Saturday night show will bring a killer playlist and all the LOLs to the weekend.

Real and unfiltered, the girls will discuss all the things that would usually be locked-up in your friends’ group chat. With plenty of banter to make sure Saturday nights are hitting the vibe, it’s the best new show for the ultimate ‘pres’ playlist.

“After years of creating our podcast, Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki, we are so excited to be adding radio hosts to our creds.
