The Langham Gold Coast appoints HERO as agency partner

HERO has been appointed as the agency partner to launch The Langham, Gold Coast & Jewel Residences, managed by Langham on the Gold Coast.

The announcement:

Independent agency, HERO has been announced as the agency partner to launch the luxury hotel brand, The Langham, Gold Coast& Jewel Residences, managed by Langham on the Gold Coast.

The competitive pitch was an integrated response and saw HERO agency win the remit to define its creative platform and develop and implement its paid media and public relations strategy. The campaign will launch the long-awaited hotel on the Gold Coast in the coming months.

HERO was the obvious choice as they offered a one-stop-shop for everything we needed to successfully launch the hotel on the Gold Coast said Nick Clarke, director of sales & marketing, The Langham, Gold Coast & Jewel Residences, managed by Langham. “We were looking for a best-in-class agency that could help with the multiple disciplines we required to launch successfully. We were really impressed with the creative thinking of the team and the fact that they offered everything under one roof. We are excited to see it all come to life over the coming months.”

Bob Price, managing partner, HERO said, “The Langham Hotel is literally a dream client for us. We have been able to really have fun with our creative thinking and push the boundaries to develop a platform and launch idea that will really showcase the new wave of luxury that The Langham Hotel will bring to the Gold Coast. We can’t wait to bring this to life across paid and earned media.”

The Langham brings an unmatched level of luxury to the Gold Coast – boasting striking designs, 180- degree views of the coastline, grandeur amenities including a pool bar, sky terrace and spa, and its exquisite food and beverage offering including T’ang Court Cantonese restaurant, sister venue to overseas Michelin-starred culinary offerings, Palm Court and all-day dining Akoya.

The Langham Gold Coast appointment caps off a number of recent high-profile new business wins for HERO, including Henkel, Toyota, Maybelline New York and v2food.
