Theory Crew shares three new hires

Theory Crew’s team is growing with the additions of Camilla Stephenson, Anne Ueki and Lily Mirabito.

Theory Crew is excited to announce the expansion of its team with three new hires, each bringing valuable expertise and fresh perspectives to the agency.

Camilla Stephenson – senior account manager
Theory Crew welcomes Camilla Stephenson as its new senior account manager. Camilla recently returned from a four-year stint in Amsterdam, where she worked as influencer marketing manager for the Dutch fashion label Scotch & Soda. With extensive experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media strategy, and brand storytelling, Camilla is set to lead high-impact campaigns for clients across a variety of industries. Her international experience, combined with her expertise in brand development is an incredible asset to Theory Crew.

Anne Ueki – account manager
Anne Ueki has joined Theory Crew as an account manager, bringing a diverse range of experience across PR, communications, and content management. After earning a BA in Media: Arts in Sydney, Anne worked in PR across film, television, arts, and events before transitioning to the natural health sector. Anne then relocated to Tokyo during the pandemic, where she worked remotely and later became Content Manager for an inbound tourism startup. After returning to Australia Anne has worked with Melbourne International Film Festival and has since re-entered agency life with Theory Crew.

Lily Mirabito – account executive
Lily Mirabito has joined Theory Crew as an account executive. With 18 months of experience in public relations, Lily has worked with well-known brands such as Dilmah Tea, Make-A-Wish Australia, and Hungry Jack’s. She brings a strong background in media relations, brand storytelling, and strategic communications. Lily’s creative approach and enthusiasm for lifestyle and media will contribute to the continued success of Theory Crew’s client campaigns.
