Thinkerbell elevates Jaime Morgan to managing director for Melbourne

After joining the agency as general manager in 2019, Jaime Morgan has been promoted to managing director of Thinkerbell South (Melbourne).

According to the agency, Morgan has been instrumental to Thinkerbell Melbourne’s sustained success over the past three years.

Margie Reid, CEO said of the appointment: “Jaime is the ultimate modern leader. She’s built a committed team off the back of significant growth but importantly embedding our model into a growing agency for the benefit of our clients. She’s also completely wonderful.”

Jaime Morgan added: “It was a breath of fresh air to walk into Thinkerbell three years ago, and be part of an independent agency who shook up the old ways of doing things in order to find a better way of doing things. I’m really proud of the creative solutions and relationships we have developed with our awesome clients and production partners. But mostly I’m extremely proud of our team – the best bunch of intelligent, hard working, fun and kind people you could ask for. We are excited to also announce a bunch of promotions, and it’s wonderful to see that as Thinkerbell grows, so do our people.”

With Morgan’s promotion also comes the elevation of Nick Bennet to executive head thinker, with the new remit of looking after all of the Thinkers in the Melbourne office.

Other notable appointments include Belle Thompson as head thinker, Reggie Stroombergen as head creative tinker and Matt Plant as the agency’s head behavioral sciences thinker.
