TikTok ANZ re-signs Adhesive as comms agency

Adhesive PR has been re-signed as the communications agency for TikTok ANZ.

The announcement:

Leading independent communications agency Adhesive is pleased to announce that they will continue on as TikTok ANZ lead communications agency across Australia and New Zealand.

Adhesive will continue to work as an extension of TikTok’s local and global teams, supporting strategic communications planning, B2B, media relations, events, spokesperson profiling, reputation management and crisis communication.

Adhesive was appointed as the retained communications agency for TikTok in 2021, and over the past three years have worked across a number of campaigns and including the TikTok Mardi Gras and Pride partnership, NAIDOC Week, The Purapura Whetū – Stars of Matariki event, Year on TikTok and annual For You Fest, which sees creators from all over Australia descend upon Sydney for a celebration of creativity and diversity.

Alongside consumer moments, Adhesive has also been instrumental in amplifying trust & safety campaigns for TikTok including Screentime Tools, Family Pairing and most recently, the release of ‘Entertainment in the Digital Age: An investigation into data leakage and privacy concerns of digital platforms’, a report commissioned by TikTok conducted by respected Australian tech academic Nigel Phair.
