TV ratings wrap: John Farnham documentary a winner for Seven

The first authorised documentary for musician John Farnham, Finding the Voice, was a hit on free-to-air on Monday, topping entertainment and handing Seven an overnight win.

The work celebrates Farnham’ life and his journey from the suburbs of Melbourne to 1960s pop fame, through life’s highs and lows, ultimately to record-breaking success as “Australia’s Voice”.

Its screening on Seven last night brought in 866,000 metro viewers, followed by The Chase Australia with 616,000 viewers.

However, Have You Been Paying Attention on Ten won all three key advertising demos.
