TV Wrap: Farmer Wants A Wife tops Sunday entertainment; Seven wins the week

Farmer Wants A Wife scored another entertainment win in Sunday overnights for Seven, as the network also claimed the most overall share in the previous week.

The reality show aired to 572,000 metro viewers. After a few exits, ten new ladies arrived on the farm last night.

Lego Masters on Nine aired to 512,000 metro viewers, followed by a new episode of Bluey on ABC with 509,000 metro viewers.

Ten’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! pulled in 452,000 metro viewers, followed by Grand Designs on ABC with 418,000.

Seven Network won the week ending 22 April with a 30.3% share, followed by Nine with 27.5%, Ten with 16.7% and ABC with 16.6%.

The top-rated primary channel of the week was Seven with 21.6%, and the top-rated multichannels were 7Two and 7Mate with 3.3%.

In overnight network shares on Sunday, Seven (29.4%) came ahead of Nine Network (27.4%), while Ten had 17.4% and ABC had 16.8%.

The top-rated primary channel overnight was Seven with a 22.3% share, and the top-rated multichannel was 7Mate with 2.9%.

In the latest Daily Consolidated 7 Total TV Report for 16 April, Seven News was the #1 program nationally last Sunday with 1.405 million Total TV viewers, including 33,000 on BVOD and an uplift of 3%.

However, the program with the biggest uplift of 140% was Octonauts: The Ring of Fire on ABC with 240,000 Total TV audience and 52,000 on national BVOD.
