UK-based digital agency WMA launches in Australia

UK-based digital agency WMA has opened in Australia with its office situated in Melbourne.

Leading the new office in Melbourne is Jess Mills, who has been promoted to head of social after spending nearly two years as a senior social strategist at WMA LA.

Mills joined the LA agency in 2016 from her previous stint at Global Entertainment

WMA has five offices London, New York, LA, Nashville and now Melbourne, and has worked with clients including Adidas, Disney, Universal, Vevo, Sony Music, Virgin, Viber, Nike, Audi and Reebok.

The digital agency specialises in music, entertainment and lifestyle and has offerings including social, creative, digital advertising, strategy, brand partnerships and publicity.

Seb Weller, WMA’s CEO and founder, said in a statement: “Melbourne has a thriving music and creative scene and Australian music continues to grow in international markets.

“We’re also delighted to expand Jess’s role to cover off the Pacific region having done a brilliant job in helping set up our LA office.”
