Uncle Tobys promote Plus cereal range in new campaign from McCann

Uncle Tobys is cashing in on the paddle boarding craze in its latest commercial promoting the brand’s Plus Calcium cereal.

The commercial, from McCann, features an athletic woman moving about her life, she paddleboards, cycles and plays tennis, with it ending with the tagline “Bowl by bowl, day by day it’s a little plus to help you be a better you”.

Head of marketing for Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) Kara Glamore said in a statement: “The H1 campaign is just the start of an exciting journey to reconnect consumers with the Plus brand.

“We are tapping into the proactive consumer mindset that each day is an opportunity to be a better version of yourself or as we call it ‘You Plus’.”

Launched on February 16 the campaign will run to the middle of May, with a combination of 15 and 30 second spots running across TV supported with a digital campaign on mobile, display and social media and extensive sampling and shopper activation in stores.
