UrsaClemenger Zovirax ad focuses on stressed lips
Health agency UrsaClemenger has launched a TV-led campaign for Zovirax cold sore cream based on the idea of “We live for lips”.
Denis Mamo, ECD of UrsaClemenger said “Until now there’s only been one way to describe ‘vulnerable lips’. Our idea sets out to create a new language around lips that are under emotional or environmental stress.”
Shannen Savic, GSK’s marketing manager, said. “Our message is based around a simple but very true insight. If you know you have a particularly stressful time coming up, it’s better to be prepared with Zovirax.”
As well as TV, the campaign also includes magazine ads, point-of-sale and online.

Too many “lips” mentions. Is it just me or after a while does it start making you think “vagina”?

I think it’s just you.

JHG – I’m with you. Seems like a more appropriate line for ‘Vagisil’.

Reminiscent of the “we’re for dogs” tag line
