Vevo launches on Apple TV in Australia

Music video and entertainment platform Vevo is now available on Apple TV in Australia.

In an exciting announcement, VEVO is now available on Apple TV in Australia. VEVO, in partnership with MCM Media is Australia’s biggest premium online music video and entertainment platform, and the third biggest online video platform behind YouTube and Facebook according to Nielsen. VEVO is also the number one channel partner on YouTube both in Australia and internationally.

VEVO on Apple TV brings VEVO’s library of 75,000 HD music videos, exclusive original programming and live concert performances to Apple TV viewers. Featuring all the newest hits from Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus to videos from years past, VEVO spans the entire spectrum of musical tastes. Users can also find all of their favourite VEVO original programming for a TV experience to enjoy right in their living room.

Apple TV makes it easy for the user to enjoy VEVO on their HD TV. To start watching videos instantly, users just go to the Apple TV home screen and see ‘VEVO’ has been automatically added to their channel offerings. For the ultimate experience, users can login with their VEVO credentials to create and save customized video playlists and sync their existing playlists from their account. Or, if unsure of what to watch, they can lean back and enjoy a 24/7 stream of hand-selected music programming on the broadcast-style channel VEVO TV.
