VMLY&R appoints four new senior creatives in Brisbane

Following a string of recent client wins, including the 2032 Olympic Games and Paralympics, VMLY&R has expanded its Brisbane team with four senior hires.

Mikey Tucker joins as creative director following his return home from Europe, where he worked with major clients like Netflix, Spotify, Volkswagen and MINI while at DDB Prague.

Lisa O’Neill joins as associate creative director, coming from Leo Burnett in Sydney and Ogilvy before that. As well as spearheading work for Nintendo, Samsung and Uber, O’Neill crafted the memorable ‘Shut up and take my money’ campaign for KFC.

Dilip Garga has been appointed strategy director. He comes from Ogilvy in Singapore where he led Unilever brands like Vaseline and Dove. He will work with Andrew Kolb, VMLY&R’s head of strategy in Brisbane.

And finally, Jessamy Ross joins as senior copywriter. She is currently the head of AWARD School and a four-time mentor of the Assisterhood program.
