VMLY&R Brisbane has hired Mignon van Weeren as director of broadcast and content
VMLY&R Brisbane has appointed Mignon van Weeren as its director of broadcast and content.
Van Weeren joins the agency in the newly-created role after spending two years as a content lead at KISKA.
The agency has also hired Guilherme ‘Guido’ Pecego as an associate creative director.
Pecego started at the agency after spending four years as a creative director at McCann.
The two appointments come as the agency’s ECD Brendan Greaney departed the agency to launch a creative consultancy.
Adam Kennedy, managing director at VMLY&R Brisbane said in a statement: “These important new roles expand the strength and depth of our creative and production capabilities. Guido and Mignon are progressive thinkers and we’re delighted to welcome them to the team.”
