WE Communications expands corporate and investor team
WE Communications has made five new hires within its Australian corporate and investor communications team, off the back of continued growth despite the global pandemic.
The new appointments are headlined by Hannah Howlett who joins as director of investor relations and brings ten years of industry experience in investor relations, corporate broking, and equity capital markets.
Howlett was most recently at Media & Capital Partners where she led communications and investor relations strategies for ASX-listed technology and engineering companies. She also spent time in the UK working with firms including WH Ireland and CLSA London.
She’ll now lead a 10-person team and portfolio of over 30 companies, as well as providing senior counsel to ASX-listed companies and build the WE Communications’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) service offering.
Hannah Howlett joins WE Communications from Media & Capital Partners
Howlett will be based in Sydney, reporting to managing director Dan Woods and work closely with Rebecca Wilson, executive vice president of Singapore and Australia.
She said of her appointment: “We has an impressive reputation in the Australian investor and financial community, and I look forward to working with our team and clients to deliver high growth investor communication strategies.”
Also joining the team is Lauren Nowak, a Strategic Communication Management Professional SMCP who comes on board as director investor and corporate communication. Nowak rejoins the agency after after two and a half years as business director at Red Agency and Thrive.
Former journalist Brian Karlovsky joins as corporate communications and media consultant in Sydney, while Evonne Grosso has been appointed as investor relations and ESG specialist. The final hire is Ana Luiza Harrop who will become a senior account executive.

Recent new clients to come on board include Trajan Scientific and Medical and Lumos Diagnostics.
