Webjet Group announces fresh agency lineup

Webjet Group has revealed that The Hallway, Nunn Media, Spike Digital and History Will Be Kind is its new agency lineup.

The announcement:

Webjet has strengthened its agency collective with a trio of new appointments, combining leading expertise in brand, advertising, media, performance marketing, and PR to accelerate its marketing strategy, drive long-term brand growth, and fuel innovation.

The Hallway joins as Webjet’s new brand strategy and advertising agency, Nunn Media – appointed following a highly competitive pitch process – as media partner, and Spike Digital as performance marketing partner. PR & communications partner History Will Be Kind (HWBK) has also been reappointed, continuing its long-term partnership with the brand.

The expanded collective underscores Webjet’s deliberate focus on brand-building, as it prepares to revitalise and relaunch its iconic brand later this year with a refreshed brand strategy and an exciting new campaign – a bold creative platform designed to reintroduce Webjet to Australian and New Zealand travellers. These appointments reflect a broader evolution of Webjet’s brand and marketing strategy, designed to connect more deeply with travellers, shift market perception, and strengthen awareness in new segments. Together, the agency partners will support the Group’s strategic priorities, helping capture a greater share of the travel wallet, expanding the total addressable market, and ultimately doubling Total Transaction Value (TTV) by 2030.

Katrina Barry, CEO and managing director of Webjet Group, commented: “Webjet has been an iconic household name for 27 years, and we’re now entering a new era. To accelerate our growth ambitions, we sought partners who share our challenger mindset and customer-first focus. By uniting some of Australia and New Zealand’s most creative independent agencies, we’ve strengthened our standout in-house team with an agile, collaborative model that blends strategic expertise with fresh creative thinking – all working together to redefine the travel experience and set the stage for Webjet’s future growth.”

Oonagh Flanagan, Webjet Group’s chief marketing officer, added: “One of the first milestones for our new agency collective is our upcoming brand refresh. It signals a bold and transformative shift in how we connect with travellers and reflects a renewed commitment to understanding and engaging the travellers of today and tomorrow. By partnering with some of the industry’s most dynamic agencies, we’re bringing fresh energy and perspective to our brand and marketing strategy, ensuring this new vision is brought to life and positioned for long-term success.”
