The announcement:

Sydney, Australia, 2 February, 2012 – Yahoo!7 today announced that former E*TRADE
Managing Director, Stuart Sayers, will join Yahoo!7 in the newly created role of Chief

Stuart comes to Yahoo!7 with a background in management consulting at McKinsey &
Company as well as a deep understanding of transactional businesses from his time at
E*TRADE and ANZ Bank.

According to Yahoo!7 CEO Rohan Lund: “We’ve come a long way in the past few years and
the Yahoo!7 group has grown substantially across a number of digital brands and a diverse

transactional businesses, understanding complex operations and business transformation to
help scale the business to deliver on the vision of Yahoo!7,” he said.
