Sensis rebrands to Thryv Australia following acquistion

Sensis, which owns the business directory Yellow and the White Pages, has been renamed to Thryv Australia following an acquisition by US software company Thryv Inc.

The rebrand also coincides with the launch of Thryv software in Australia.

According to its website, Thryv is a software that aims to help small to medium business owners manager their work in a single package.

Thryv Australia’s CEO John Allan, said: “Since March, our teams in Australia and the U.S. have been working around the clock to bring the Thryv software solution to market.

“What makes Thryv unique is not only is it a class-leading digital product, but it’s unwavering commitment to help businesses use digital software to improve service to their customers. It’s this ethos we want to reflect in our new brand, Thryv.”

Thryv’s vice president of product and marketing, Ryan Cantor, commented: “We are pleased to welcome Australian small businesses to the Thryv platform. Our end-to-end client experience software helps small businesses grow. With Thryv, small businesses can centralise their day-to-day activities through one elegant, easy-to-use dashboard.

“Thryv helps these businesses modernise their workflows, such as payments, Google My Business, appointment scheduling, communication, marketing and more, while ensuring they put their customers at the centre of everything they do.”

The Royals won Yellow as a client back in October 2020, when the parent company was still named Sensis.
