Zing announces new wins

PR agency Zing has announce six new business wins including Echo Entertainment (The Star), Frucor Beverages, IGA Supermarkets (part of Metcash Food & Grocery), Merial Animal Health, Alphatise and Eponine Films.

PR agency Zing has kicked off the fourth quarter with six new business wins including Echo Entertainment (The Star), Frucor Beverages, IGA Supermarkets (part of Metcash Food & Grocery), Merial Animal Health, Alphatise and Eponine Films.

Zing’s stable of new clients will see the agency deliver integrated communications across traditional, social and experiential platforms.

As the party season swings into gear, Echo Entertainment (The Star) has appointed Zing as their Segment Activations and PR team to drive greater engagement among various targeted audiences.

Frucor Beverages has engaged Zing to launch a new product innovation and Independent Grocers of Australia (IGA) has appointed Zing as their PR agency for seasonal and in-store campaigns.

Leading animal health company, Merial Animal Health, has appointed Zing to manage PR for an innovative new product in parasite protection. Zing will work closely with Publicis Mojo on the business to deliver an integrated campaign targeted at vets and pet owners.

Newly launched e-commerce social marketplace, Alphatise, engaged Zing to launch the brand to consumers in a campaign that targeted bloggers and consumer lifestyle media.  Zing’s current work for the brand is driving its ‘World’s Best Internship’ program.

Moving into the entertainment arena, Zing has been appointed as the PR lead for Eponine Film’s first feature film Love is Now, written and directed by Jim Lounsbury.  Zing will handle the Australian theatrical publicity campaign for the film’s release later this year in addition to the Sydney premiere.

Off the back of these new wins, Zing has appointed Kat Morris as an Account Director to support the agency’s growth.

Kat brings over seven years’ PR experience from leading UK communications agency MC2, where she worked across a range of global FMCG clients including Mondelez International, Red Bull, Krispy Kreme and Bacardi.

Kat’s knowledge and experience across a range of sectors including FMCG, liquor, home interiors, hospitality travel and lifestyle brings a depth of international expertise to the team.
