14 more media industry bosses revealed for Mumbrella360 conference lineup
Bosses from Australia’s biggest media companies have today been confirmed for the program of next month’s Mumbrella360.
Among those joining the lineup are the bosses of Australia’s biggest three magazine publishers, the sales bosses of Australia’s largest three TV networks, outdoor company CEOs and some of Australia’s biggest digital players.
The magazine panel, due to take place on the first day of the conference, features Matthew Stanton, CEO of Bauer Media and chairman of industry body Magazine Publishers of Australia; Nicole Sheffield, CEO of News Corp’s magazine arm NewsLifeMedia; Peter Zavecz, director of Pacific Magazines; and Geoff Hird, chairman of industry body Publishers Australia and publisher at Westwick-Farrow Media.
Also taking place on the first day is a panel featuring three people with some of the most high pressure jobs in the Australian media industry – the sales bosses of Seven, Nine and Ten. The panel, being moderated by Starcom MediaVest Group chairman John Sintras, features Kurt Burnette, chief revenue officer at Seven West Media, Peter Wiltshire, group sales and marketing director of Nine and Louise Barrett, chief sales officer of Network Ten.
The outdoor media industry will also be putting forward its leaders, with Rob Atkinson, CEO of AdShel and Brendon Cook, CEO of oOh! Media among those confirmed for a panel curated by the Outdoor Media Association.
Meanwhile, digital leaders will discuss their medium in a panel curated by the Interactive Advertising Bureau. Panellists include Mark Britt who chairs the IAB and is CEO of Mi9; Rebekah Horne, chief digital officer of Network Ten; and Adam Good, director of digital media and content at Telstra. The panel will be moderated by MindShare CEO Katie Rigg-Smith.

Mumbrella360 takes place at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney, with a networking afternoon on June 3 and the conference on June 4 and 5.
