303 Mullen Lowe appoints Becky Bishop as director of customer experience
303 Mullen Lowe has appointed Becky Bishop as director of customer experience
Bishop joins from CHE Proximity where she spent over a year as experience director, leading the experience planning offering for both the Sydney and Melbourne offices.
Previously, Bishop spent seven years at MercerBell, starting out as a business director in 2011, before being elevated to planning director and leaving as executive planning director.
Bishop is tasked with expanding the CX offering at 303 Mullen Lowe, which manages customer experience for Audi.
Managing director Joanna Gray, said: “Becky is a brilliant planning all-rounder who can join the dots between what customers need and how businesses operate – she’s a straight talker who brings a holistic view of the customer, bags of energy and world class experience.
“Being an agency that works with clients to ensure brand promise is matched by brand experience we need a collective of smart strategic thinkers who can holistically appraise the complete customer journey. After all we believe a brand is only as strong as its weakest link. So we seek to deliver our clients an unfair share of attention by making every touch point count. Becky is an important part of that strategic hub.”
Bishop said: “I’m excited to join a team of clever and lovely people at 303. They have great clients and it’s a time of big change and opportunity in the agency offering – they already have a strong CX capability and I’m here to extend this to more clients.”
