303’s Melissa Radman promoted to head of design

303 has promoted Melissa Radman to head of design.

The announcement:

303 has announced that Melissa Radman has been promoted to Head of Design. A senior designer with the agency since 2008, Melissa has been instrumental in developing brand identities for an array of 303 clients, including Red Rooster, TAB Player, Water Corporation, Edith Cowan University and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Particularly adept at integrating digital and creative, Melissa’s recent ‘Totems’ campaign for the Perth International Arts Festival won in the Interactive and Digital category at the prestigious Create Design Awards 2011.

Melissa was also just appointed to the WA council for AGDA. Alan Taylor, 303’ Group Managing Director said “Melissa is an exceptional talent. She has been producing incredible work ever since she joined the agency and she has shown great maturity and leadership so it was a natural progression for her to step up and formally lead our expanding design team.”
