Business Today TV presenter Whitney Fitzsimmons joins Financial Standard

Former host of ABC’s Business Today and Lateline Business, Whitney Fitzsimmons has been appointed deputy editor of financial services industry publication Financial Standard.

Prior to joining Financial Standard, Fitzsimmons was a freelance reporter for Channel News Asia and a contributor to The Drum, The Australian, news.com.au, The Hoopla, Crikey!, ABC News Online and Women’s Agenda.

“Whitney brings a great depth of knowledge and experience to our publication and I’m delighted to welcome her on behalf of the Financial Standard team,” said Michelle Baltazar, director of media and publisher, in a statement.
