Captain Risky shares his car with a ventriloquist dummy, a pizza delivery kid and a bear in a new ad for Budget Direct aimed at selling the message that premiums are lower when certain drivers are excluded.

The ad promotes Budget Direct’s tailored age range offers by opening the ad with a learner driver asking his dad if he can drive the car.
