SCA gets emotionally fit with Crappy to Happy PodcastOne series
PodcastOne has launched a feel good series to cheer up podcast listeners, SCA has announced.
A podcast to get us from Crappy to Happy with Tiffiny Hall from TIFFXO.com and The Biggest Loser and clinical psychologist Cassandra Dunn
Grant Tothill, Head of Podcasting at SCA today announced that a new original podcast Crappy to Happy is now available on PodcastOne.com.au and the PodcastOne app.
Crappy to Happy offers practical advice and tips to help you to feel more energised, empowered, mentally strong, emotionally fit and HAPPY.
It deals with issues including: stress and the ‘cult of busy’, why diets don’t work and how to create a healthier relationship with food; the trap of emotional eating and self-sabotage; perfectionism, what exercise works and what doesn’t, how to stay motivated, how to set goals that stick and how to tame your inner critic.
Launching the podcast, Grant Tothill said, “We all know what it’s like to feel CRAPPY and frankly it’s not fun. Here is a podcast from two women who really know what they’re talking about and complement each other so well. They tackle and weave together issues of physical wellbeing as well as ways to improve your psychological and emotional health.”
The podcast is the brainchild of Tiffiny Hall, a fitness professional and Cass Dunn, a clinical psychologist, who work together on the highly successful online fitness and wellness program TIFFXO.com where they have successfully transformed the lives of over 22,000 women in less than a year.
Talking about their podcast, Tiff said “We created Crappy to Happy in response to the many questions we are asked by members of our TIFFXO.com community and as a way to debunk the myths about diet and exercise, to build emotional resilience and most importantly to help women nurture more self-compassion and self-love.”
Cass said, “This is just the beginning for Crappy to Happy and we are excited about what’s to come. In each series, we will build on the lessons learned in earlier episodes so that you take away proven strategies and practical ideas you can apply in your life. A wonderful advantage of podcasting is that you can start listening whenever you want and work through the steps of each series at your own pace.”
