The Digital 2021 October Global Statshot Report, a quarterly look at how people around the world use the internet, social media, mobile devices and e-commerce, has found that LinkedIn advertising audiences are equal to 60.2% of Australia’s over 18 population. Meanwhile, Snapchat advertising audiences are equal to 33.2% of Australia’s over 13 population, and Pinterest’s advertising audiences are equal to 21.5% of Australia’s over 13 population.

The report is by Hootsuite and We Are Social.

The report included the same data for TikTok, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter but Australia did not appear in the top 20 countries or territories.

The report also found that 32.5% of Australian internet users aged 16 to 64 use an ad blocker, less than the world average of 38.2% for internet users aged 16 to 64.
