72 and Sunny reveals its first work for Kosciuszko Pale Ale
72 and Sunny has launched its first campaign for Kosciuszko Pale Ale.
Last week, Mumbrella revealed that 72 and Sunny had been appointed to the Lion agency roster for Kosciuszko Pale Ale. The campaign is also Lion’s first focused marketing campaign for the Kosciuszko brand, launching the platform ‘Beer with Altitude’.
The ad takes the viewer inside the animated mountainous world on the bottle, showing four skiiers avoiding obstacles such as a shark tank, a bigfoot, and a burning pipeline.
The end of the ad shows the real life skiiers coming together to share a beer, with a six pack hanging from the cable car system above.
A 72 and Sunny Sydney spokesperson said in a statement: “The 72 and Sunny team has collaborated effortlessly with the Kosciuszko brand team in producing a new aesthetic and way of bringing the Kosci spirit to life. We are looking forward to the next phase of this fantastic partnership.”
Malcolm Eadie, Lion director of craft, said: “We are absolutely thrilled with this new creative for Kosci from 72 and Sunny. It truly encapsulates what the brand is all about and it is fantastic to kick off its first ever marketing campaign.”

This is good work, and the client should be applauded for being saying yes. Spot on for the target market. Not sure about those budgy smugglers though!

@Hmmmmmmm: I can confirm that I’m not, nor have ever been, an employee of 72 and Sunny. Have worked on beer commercials for over 10 years though – and some how thoughout that time developed my own opinions and emotional responses to creative work…strange…I know.
