ABC staff in Sydney and Melbourne walk out to protest Stan Grant’s Q&A exit

Large numbers of ABC staff in Sydney and Melbourne have walked off the job to stand in solidarity with outgoing Q&A host Stan Grant, who announced last week he was stepping away from the broadcaster.

Presenter Casey Briggs, online Arts editor Dee Jefferson and Triple J Hack reporter Kimberley Price were among those who took to Twitter to confirm the walk-out, sharing photos and videos.
