Outgoing Deloitte Digital Australia head Esan Tabrizi.

“I can’t help but reflect on the extraordinary journey I’ve had over the last 13 years with Deloitte Digital Australia, a journey filled with learning, growth, transformation, and most importantly, relationships that have shaped me both professionally and personally,” Tabrizi’s post read.

“I joined Deloitte Digital in 2010, fuelled by a passion for solving complex digital transformation challenges. The journey since then has been nothing short of extraordinary. From being part of an amazing team that has shaped our industry, our growth to becoming market leaders and every single project delivered, every moment has been an enriching experience.

“The last 2.5 years, in particular, have been a remarkable journey of learning, humility, and leadership. Leading Deloitte Digital has been an honour and a privilege. Together, we’ve navigated through challenges, celebrated successes, and worked tirelessly to deliver the best for our clients. Without the team, my partners and our clients, Deloitte Digital would not be the brand it is today.”

Tabrizi said he will continue to work in digital transformation across the Middle East when he moves to Dubai.

“This move will allow me to be closer to my family, get to know the incredible talent in the region and work with new clients. It is a new chapter, filled with both personal and professional opportunities, and I am excited for the challenges and experiences that await,” he added.

“I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible Deloitte Digital team and our esteemed clients. Your faith, support, and partnership have been the cornerstone of our success.”

Tabrizi joined Deloitte Digital Australia as a manager in 2010 before moving up to partner at the consultancy in 2014. He was named lead partner for digital channels in 2018, and lead partner for marketing, commerce and digital experience practice in 2019.

Tabrizi took the practice’s top job in 2021 after Steve Hallam moved to Deloitte Consulting to lead its Enterprise Technology & Performance practice.

Prior to Deloitte, Tabrizi worked at HotHouse Interactive and Remis Co in various technical roles.
