Abel announces new hires; selects Kirsty Angus as client partner and head of ops

Off the back of multiple project wins and exciting new collaborations, Abel is pleased to announce its new hires as another positive step toward growing its creative product and diversity of thought.

“We are thrilled to have Kirsty choose Abel. Her hustle, experience, drive and warm personality fit our values incredibly well. And as we shift gears from start-up to established consultancy working with some of the most inspirational minds in the industry, we feel fortunate to have found each other,” said Nicole Jauncey, creative and founder.

Kirsty said:“ The more time you spend in this industry, the more you realise how critical it is to work with people who are both genuine and genuinely passionate about doing amazing work. I feel honoured to be working with such inspiring creatives and to play a small part in the Abel journey.”

Kirsty brings years of world-class industry experience from the likes of AMV BBDO, One Green Bean and Wunderman Thompson.

Furthermore, Abel bolsters its creative offering – introducing Nicholas Kelly and Lucy Shanahan as their newest team to the creative department. Nicholas, having recently completed D&AD Shift with Google, and D&AD New Blood joins as art director alongside Lucy – a Western Sydney graduate in business, marketing and having recently completed Western Sydney Adschool.

Phillip Robbie, creative partner, said: “Igniting creative ideas within clients’ business means having good minds inside of ours. Nicholas and Lucy are part of a new wave of creatives and we’re excited to have them on board.”
