Accor partners with Year13 for hospitality employment promotion

Accor has partnered with digital youth engagement platform Year13 to promote the hospitality industry as a desirable place to work for Gen Z workers.

Activated through a variety of social media, video and editorial content pieces on Year13 channels, the partnership includes same day hire at Accor for its front line staff, flexible working for all Accor employees, personalised work perks such as birthday leave and travel allowances, open pathways to travel and work around the Pacific and career development through Accor Academy.

Part of the partnership includes the promotion of content on social media, video and editorial content pieces.
