Global marketing consultancy Added Value, part of STW Group, today announced the promotion of Dennis Wong to the position of Managing Director, Australia.

One of the country’s leading brand development and insight specialists, Wong first joined Added Value Australia in 2008.  He has since led partnerships with businesses including Diageo, McDonald’s and Goodman Fielder.

“Dennis has been a key part in the impressive performance of Added Value. The Australian office produces some of the most outstanding work of any Added Value office in the world.  Dennis deserves a lot of credit and is the perfect guy to follow in James Pike’s footsteps,” said STW Group CEO Michael Connaghan.

Wong replaces James Pike as MD, following his move to fellow STW Group agency Bohemia.  He will lead the Added Value business with an exceptionally experienced and talented Director team including Mark Kennedy, Sally Smallman and Colin McArthur.  McArthur joined Added Value in June from Jigsaw.

“Added Value has a team which gets a kick out of finding new ways to look at the world. It’s a real privilege to be part of such an agile business in the world of marketing today,” said Wong.

“The entire construct of where and how brands need to find growth has changed. Constantly playing with new thinking, philosophies and approaches to grow becomes a burning platform for businesses which really echoes who we are and what we love to do.”

Added Value is a world leading marketing consultancy, specialising in transforming businesses through actionable insight, portfolio and positioning and innovation.   In Australia, Added Value is part of STW, Australasia’s leading marketing content and communications group.
