Aegis Media promotes Matthew Crook to chief digital officer
Media buying group Aegis has moved Matthew Crook into a new role – chief digital officer for Australia and New Zealand.
Crook rises from ANZ MD of digital media for Aegis Media, and continues in his role of national MD of digital agency emitch.
Luke Littlefield, CEO of Aegis Media Australia and New Zealand, said: “Matt’s credentials are unrivalled and he’s been a leader within our digital team for more than seven years now. In his new role Matt will provide our clients, staff, media and digital partners with continued leadership and direction in the digital and technology space.”

Crook opened Carat’s digital offering in Melbourne in 2003, before moving into a national role at Aegis.
