Agency Fostered launches, targeting individuals rather than brands

fosteredBranded content agency Kontented has launched a sister offering which targets the brands of individuals rather than organisations.

Fostered launched this week. Foundation clients include painters Matthew Gillett and Patrick Indo, singers Alex Horder and Holly Denton, and author Eduardo Blanc.

According to the Surry Hills-based agency: “Fostered sees the potential for individuals to develop a brand strategy that will allow them to accomplish their goals, open up doors for them to work collaboratively in a commercially viable environment, and to expand their horizons beyond what they previously imagined possible. It’s Brand You; the individual as a brand entity.”

The offering is not a talent management agency though. The agency helps its clients develop a one, two or three year strategic plan along with a marketing and PR plan and social media strategy.

Fostered and Kontented’s MD is Kate Edwards whose previous roles have included MD of Peer Group Media and head of client services sales and strategy at XYZ Networks. Also on the team is former Triple J drivetime host and music journalist Nicole Fossati and ex XYZ Networks creative director Megan Brown.
